Hello, I’m Ariana — a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and certified fitness instructor with a deep-rooted passion for helping others achieve better health through sustainable nutrition and movement.
I hold a First-Class Honours BSc in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Reading and have co-authored research published in Food Research International, focusing on the nutritional differences between dairy and plant-based alternatives and their impact on dietary intake.
Nutrition and fitness have always been at the heart of my life. As a former internationally ranked figure skater, I’ve experienced firsthand how critical balanced nutrition is — not just for performance, but for long-term wellbeing. That same dedication now fuels my work with clients from all walks of life.
